Launched in 1993, Smile Dental Care is a privately-owned business set up by an associate dentist who has a passion to instil a positive working culture throughout Smile Dental Care. Our plan is not to become the largest, but to continue to support and develop our practices and their teams.

We welcome all associate dentists applying for a position, regardless of the amount of experience you have or if you have not practiced in the UK before. We look to work with people of good character and potential who can fit seamlessly into our team!

Pay: We offer genuinely competitive salaries starting from £35,000 (the minimum an overseas dentist can expect as they get used to the UK system) to £120,000+ with experience and our support.

Support: Smile Dental Care has successfully supported over 60 dentists to relocate and work in the UK. We have the experience to guide you through the whole process and provide you with a workplace environment that ensures you feel part of a big family. We can provide you with an experienced dentist as a mentor when you first start working with us.

Balance: We aim to accommodate our
dentists to allow them to balance their work life with their personal life. We can offer a variety of flexible working hours, both full time and part time with no unsociable hours.
